Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to all paid subscription tiers of the CEMFORGE platform operated by Sunnyday Technologies, LLC.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to your subscribed tier until that date. After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier.

Refunds

CEMFORGE is a digital subscription service. Because access is granted immediately upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Technical inability to use the Service: If a platform-side issue prevents you from accessing the Service for more than 72 consecutive hours during a billing period, you are entitled to a prorated refund for the affected period.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges: If you are charged more than once for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.
  • First billing period: If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid subscription and have generated fewer than 10 formulations, we will issue a full refund.

Tier Changes

Upgrading your tier takes effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period at the new tier rate.

Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing period. You retain access to your current tier’s features until then.

Enterprise and EDU Agreements

Enterprise and EDU subscriptions may have custom billing and cancellation terms as defined in your institutional agreement. Contact cemforge@sunn3d.com for details.

How to Request a Refund

Email cemforge@sunn3d.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your account email address. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
