About CEMFORGE: 3D Concrete Printing Formulation Software
Sunnyday Technologies, LLC develops CEMFORGE as decision-support software for additive-construction materials and project planning. The company was founded in Wisconsin by materials and process engineer Nick Sonnentag.
Why CEMFORGE exists
Concrete additive manufacturing couples material behavior with mixing, pumping, deposition, geometry, timing, curing, equipment, and environment. CEMFORGE is designed to help teams document that full decision context, compare supported pathways, and plan the physical work needed to verify them.
Our development priorities draw on established materials engineering, quality systems, open data practices, and standards awareness. Public resources explain that lineage. Product-specific implementation and customer data remain controlled.
Who we support
- Additive-construction operators and manufacturers
- Architects, engineers, and project teams
- Materials suppliers and cement producers
- Universities and research groups
What CEMFORGE is not
- Not professional engineering services or an engineering stamp
- Not construction approval or code certification
- Not a replacement for physical testing
- Not a guarantee for every material, printer, or environment
