LOGiMIX – Mix Design + Logistics Intelligence

The CEMFORGE engine powers two very different products for two very different teams. Pick the one that matches what you are trying to do.

LOGiMIX Reports

For builders and manufacturers // take a mix into production

A per-project manufacturing technology-transfer package: a buildable formulation with process tolerance ranges built in, plus the regional sourcing, cost, and resilience intelligence for your specific site. This is the location-aware layer, the “logistics” in LOGiMIX. Operator-delivered.

See LOGiMIX Reports →

CEMFORGE Datapacks

For researchers and data teams // a synthetic data source

Single-point synthetic mix-design predictions for 3D-printable cements, in the open Open3DCP format. A unique synthetic data source you can work with directly: no location, no logistics, just the raw CEMFORGE prediction.

See CEMFORGE Datapacks →

Reports answer “how do I build this mix, here?” Datapacks answer “give me the data.” Different deliverable, different customer, and a different layer of the engine: a Report adds the location logistics on top of the prediction, while a Datapack is the prediction itself.

LOGiMIX Reports

LOGiMIX Reports are the per-project mix-design dossier from CEMFORGE, built as a manufacturing technology-transfer package. Each report pairs a buildable formulation, carrying process tolerance ranges and a quality-control plan, with regional supplier inventory, sourcing cost, and resilience-target rationale for your specific location, in a single informational deliverable for engineer-of-record review.

The platform is the same one described at our technology and 3D concrete printing mix design. Reports are operator-delivered today. The tiers below differ in scope of supporting analysis, not in the underlying engine. All tiers include the engineer-of-record disclaimer and sign-off block. Pricing shown is indicative; final pricing is by quote.

Every Standard, Pro, and Enterprise report includes a processing-window scenario analysis: side-by-side comparisons across alternate suppliers and material substitutions so you can identify the mix that is both economical and robust to supplier or material change. Scenario comparison is the core decision-support output of LOGiMIX; tiers above Standard expand the breadth of inputs and the depth of the supporting analysis, not the analytical method itself.

Which tier fits which buyer

Free. One report per organization. Built for first-time evaluators who want to see what a CEMFORGE deliverable looks like before scoping a project. Includes the performance prediction, predicted properties table, particle-packing chart, IP-redacted composition window, and the engineer-of-record disclaimer block.

Standard. The everyday tier for a defined project with a defined material list. Unlocks the paste-fraction design-target summary and the processing-window scenario analysis, the comparison engine that lets you weigh alternate suppliers and material substitutions side-by-side and lock in a mix that is both economical and robust to supply change. Adds cost vs. industry baseline, the informational schedule + cost gantt, the full application-profile rationale, the mass-percent composition view, and supplier inventory of up to 4 regional suppliers.

Pro. Standard contents plus an expanded regional supplier inventory of up to 12 records per category. The right tier for projects where procurement optionality matters, with multiple sources per material before commercial commitments are locked in. Patent / IP clearance review is offered as a separately-quoted add-on (see below).

Enterprise. Pro contents plus the carbon disclosure section: predicted carbon footprint (lb CO2/yd3), embodied-carbon delta vs. baseline, and unlimited regional supplier inventory. Plus three Enterprise-only sections: procurement contingency (Primary / Backup / Alternate suppliers per material with single-source flags), sensitivity scenarios (predicted strength and cost under cement-price ±10%, supply variation, hurricane-season freight surcharge), and a regional procurement narrative (prose-form analysis of cluster geography, sourcing-risk concentration, and county/state coverage). Includes the branded cover for procurement-file inclusion. Right tier for cement plants, ready-mix producers, and infrastructure programs where carbon disclosure or supply-chain resilience is required for the procurement file.

How to engage (Reports)

LOGiMIX reports are operator-delivered today. To scope a project and request a quote, email info@sunn3d.com. The CEMFORGE platform itself, subscription access to the formulation engine for in-house teams, is at app.cemforge.ai; see subscriptions.

The engineering substrate behind every report is documented in the 3D concrete printing mix design pillar. The Open3DCP open data schema that ingests every validated specimen is at open3dcp.org. Three representative engagement walk-throughs are at case studies.

CEMFORGE Datapacks

CEMFORGE Datapacks are a different product for a different customer: a unique synthetic data source for researchers and data teams working on 3D-printable cements. Send a target strength and your materials, and the CEMFORGE engine returns single-point predicted formulations in the open Open3DCP format, one record per successful prediction, each with a confidence score. There is no location or logistics layer here; a Datapack is the raw prediction, not a sourced, site-specific report. That is why it carries the CEMFORGE name rather than LOGiMIX.

The data follows the open Open3DCP standard, so it loads directly into pandas, R, Excel, or any database with no parsing. Every record is flagged as a predicted (synthetic) value with its own confidence band and a disclaimer to verify by physical testing before real-world use. The supported range today is the band where we have enough validated data to predict with reasonable confidence; we deliberately do not sell outside it. On the roadmap: proprietary datasets whose results are validated by third-party laboratories.

Patent / IP clearance review (add-on)

Patent and IP clearance review is offered as a separately-quoted add-on, not bundled into base LOGiMIX tiers. Each engagement includes a project-specific search scope, structured legal review of identified prior art against the recommended composition, and a written advisory deliverable. Pricing is quoted per project depending on search depth, jurisdiction coverage, and turnaround. To request a quote, email info@sunn3d.com with the recommended composition or LOGiMIX report identifier.

The add-on is an informational advisory deliverable, not a freedom-to-operate opinion or legal opinion of counsel. It does not substitute for engagement of qualified patent counsel in the project jurisdiction.

Important notice

All deliverables are informational performance predictions for engineer-of-record review. Sunnyday Technologies LLC explicitly does not certify code compliance, does not provide professional engineering services, and does not advise on construction means or methods. The LOGiMIX customer copy is IP-redacted by default; raw composition kg/m3 values stay internal so your engineering remains your engineering. CEMFORGE Datapack values are predicted (synthetic) and must be verified by physical testing. Use of any deliverable for construction-related decisions requires sign-off by a licensed engineer of record in the project jurisdiction.
