CEMFORGE – Evidence Readiness for Additive-Construction Materials
CEMFORGE - early-stage evidence readiness for additive-construction materials
Know what evidence you have before you commit the lab.
CEMFORGE helps technical teams organize candidate-material evidence, identify missing or conflicting information, and plan bounded validation work. Modeled outputs are synthetic decision support, not laboratory measurements, project specifications, production batches, professional engineering, certification, or guarantees.
What is available now
- Manual discovery: a bounded conversation about evidence inventory, data sufficiency, and controlled research-test planning.
- Open foundation: the Open3DCP schema remains freely available under its repository license.
- Inquiry-only scope: paid work starts only after written rights, privacy, safety, tax, price, reviewer, fulfillment, and terms checks.
Self-serve Datapack sales, automated project-mix reports, and subscription access are not open. The former application at app.cemforge.ai is retired.
Illustrative workflows, not customer case studies
Examples on this site are synthetic or illustrative unless a page expressly identifies a permissioned real customer and retained evidence. They do not represent completed customer projects, production deployments, measured savings, or validated field performance.
Important limitation: This is early-stage decision support. It does not establish printability, buildability, pumpability, strength, durability, structural adequacy, safety, code compliance, environmental performance, supplier equivalency, or fitness for a project. Real-world use requires rights-cleared inputs, independent characterization, trial batching, physical testing with the actual materials, equipment, and conditions, and review by appropriately qualified professionals.
Data caution: Do not send confidential, personal, export-controlled, safety-critical, or proprietary material through the public site. Data intake begins only after written handling terms are agreed.
