Sunnyday Technologies LLC offers CEMFORGE Datapacks by inquiry and separately accepted written orders. Public self-service checkout remains disabled. The version date identifies this text; each accepted sale has its own order date, version record and acceptance evidence. The Privacy Notice applies to processing within its stated scope when published.
Machine-readable policy manifest identifies the suite, document roles and SHA-256 digests of the policy text. A digest records content identity, not legal validity, acceptance or physical validation.
Prior agreements and candidate checkout terms
Earlier subscription/software policies, the gateway source acceptance identifiers 2026-06-08 and 2026-08-11, and the automated-checkout candidate 2026-09-21-review-1 are distinct records. They are not renamed or retroactively replaced by this suite. A candidate is not an offer or evidence that automated checkout is enabled.
An existing customer may request the policy copy associated with their own transaction at cemforge@sunn3d.com, subject to proportionate verification. Retention of an old document does not prove it was accepted by a particular customer. We preserve available version and acceptance evidence, without publishing private customer records.
Future automated checkout requires its own approved terms, disclosures, authority and consent records, privacy controls, tax and trade review, refund process and activation approval. Publishing this suite does not enable payments, production MCP/ACP or mainnet x402.
