LOGiMIX map snapshot schedule

Version: CF-LOGIMIX-MAP-2026-10-26.1. Version date: October 26, 2026.

Offer and access

Sunnyday Technologies LLC offers one fixed LOGiMIX material-cost map snapshot. Human visitors may view the map without a purchase after server-side verification. Automated retrieval uses the separate x402 offer. Verification does not identify every automated client, and previously public copies cannot be recalled.

The machine purchase delivers the exact JSON snapshot `2026-10-26-shipping-planner-v1`: 860,596 bytes, SHA-256 `e2b6fa092c2e1bb18205233610afd7e6d49d2714c88c40e823bfa2844a5b93b8`. The opening view contains 39 US study areas: 31 experimental material-consumption estimates and eight areas with local prices unavailable. Values are USD per 1,000 lb nominal as-supplied nonwater ingredients, displayed to whole dollars. Separately added water is excluded. Published local observations, dated statistical references and shared input-price assumptions are identified as such. These are not ZIP averages, locally qualified mixes, supplier quotes, market-wide cost minima or physically validated performance. The optional inbound-shipping planner adds 3,348 quantity-weighted logistics scenarios across nine project sizes for the 31 priced selections; the eight material gaps remain unpriced. Dedicated-truck scenarios combine explicit road-distance, payload and vehicle-mile assumptions with retained public delivery rules where applicable. Parcel starting-rate scenarios require acknowledgment of unverified packaging and eligibility assumptions. A user-entered all-in LTL/additive charge applies only to the selected ZIP and project quantity. Changing ZIP, quantity, assumed distance, payload, billing or shipping mode clears that charge and acknowledgment. Material price tiers are not repriced for volume. Materials and inbound freight remain separate; their subtotal excludes unpriced preparation, further delivery and other project costs and is not a complete delivered quote. Fixed-order, partial, modeled or zone-dependent freight contexts retain their own quantities and limits; they are not added or scaled automatically. Storage, mixing, printing, taxes, testing and other project costs remain separate. The optional project planner accepts explicit customer assumptions; a complete planning estimate is not a procurement quote or performance assurance. Large-aggregate printing remains unsupported without compatible evidence and equipment qualification. The original campaign records 30 native runs and 1,200 candidate evaluations. Subsequent cached economic scenarios reuse observations without additional model evaluations. Five added West Coast runs contribute 200 new candidate evaluations; each uses local sand evidence with shared references for other inputs. Engine declaration 3.5.0 and model manifest 2.1.0 are recorded; an authoritative daily database revision remains unbound. Earlier national and Wisconsin aggregate comparisons remain distinct because their formulations and purchasing bases differ. No equivalent-performance savings claim is made. Exact individual ingredient quantities, private research calculators, supplier/product identities, source-price URLs, customer examples and performance predictions are excluded. The human-access route returns the same protected JSON bytes. Existing purchases retain their originally bound historical snapshot and policy; this edition does not change those contracts.

Amounts in this edition use USD per 1,000 lb nominal as-supplied nonwater ingredients, with separately added water excluded. Historical comparison inputs are normalized once to that reporting basis. Material-consumption estimates and fixed-order freight contexts are distinct; they are not statistical uncertainty intervals. Purchase tiers do not establish availability or general project-scale prices. Missing components remain unknown.

Map points identify recorded study areas, not ZIP boundaries or ZIP-wide prices. Generic material classes and published price observations do not establish compatible grades, stock, complete delivered offers, physical performance or construction suitability. Economic screening is bounded to recorded candidates and does not establish a whole-market cost optimum.

No exact recipe, customer project record, private supplier correspondence, particle-size distribution, patent analysis, report bundle, testing service, subscription or future update is included. The $500 LOGiMIX partner report is a separate manually scoped service after discussion, review and agreed written terms; automated report checkout remains disabled.

The initial machine offer is limited to eligible purchasers located in the United States, subject to applicable restrictions. This is the existing digital-pilot territory; it does not limit international inquiries or separately agreed custom-formulation work. Free map viewing is a separate access path.

Price and order

The seller's total is 1.00 USDC on Base, equal to 1000000 atomic units. No additional seller surcharge is authorized by this schedule. Any required seller-collected tax must be correctly accounted for and disclosed within that total before this offer is activated; if that cannot be done, the offer remains unavailable. The purchaser's wallet may separately disclose a network fee before authorization.

Before authorization, the offer must identify this schedule and its retained version, the exact product and snapshot, price, network, quote expiry, license, refund/privacy information and required seller details. An authorized person or agent submitting a matching signed x402 payment authorization orders this snapshot under those disclosed terms. The agent must have the purchaser's authority for this resource and bounded spend. A payment signature or blockchain transfer by itself is not proof of that authority or a valid order.

One confirmed settlement purchases the snapshot. Retrying the same paid purchase with its private replay proof must not settle it again. Keep the purchase reference and private replay proof securely; never publish the proof, place it on-chain or send it to support. Public transaction details alone do not authorize automatic retrieval. This is a one-time purchase with no renewal.

Use of the delivered copy

The purchaser may retain, cache and use the delivered snapshot for personal research or internal research, engineering, commercial project development, retrieval-augmented analysis, interoperability testing and recordkeeping. Necessary copies or excerpts may be shared with employees, contractors, professional advisers and project collaborators acting for that purchaser under the same limits. Preserve source/version identifiers, attribution and limitations.

Standalone resale, public redistribution as a substitute dataset or competing data service, general model training, fine-tuning, model extraction and bulk training-corpus rights are not included. Separate permission is needed for those uses where Sunnyday holds the relevant rights. No exclusive rights in public source facts, public geography, openly licensed material or independently obtained copies are asserted. Identified open-component licenses and mandatory rights remain unaffected. The purchase does not transfer models, software, private source data, patents or trademarks.

Rights in a lawfully retained paid copy continue under the license; the hosted support period below does not cause that copy to expire. Nothing here retroactively imposes new restrictions on earlier public copies.

Delivery, recovery and remedies

The delivery-recovery and support period is 30 calendar days after confirmed settlement. It covers retrieving the same snapshot with the retained private proof and investigating missing, unreadable, duplicate or version-mismatched delivery. It does not promise future snapshots or indefinite hosting. Any technical replay availability beyond that period is not a subscription or a new support promise.

Contact info@sunn3d.com with the purchase/transaction identifier and a description of the issue, without authentication secrets. Unknown settlement is held for investigation; the purchaser must not be asked to pay again as a substitute for resolving it. Sunnyday will provide correct version-matched delivery, a refund or another applicable remedy. A refund is a separately verified transaction; it does not erase the original chain record. Change-of-mind and other remedies follow the existing Cancellation and Refund Policy and applicable law. Downloading does not remove rights concerning unauthorized payment, non-delivery, defects or misdescription. No new automatic liability cap is introduced by this schedule.

The snapshot is decision support, not a measurement, construction specification, professional engineering advice, proof of printability, performance guarantee or code approval. Physical validation and qualified project review remain necessary before real-world use. Payment does not change the evidence quality.

Map privacy supplement

Cloudflare provides delivery, security and human verification; the payment facilitator and Base network process information needed for machine payments. Sunnyday processes the quote, payment and transaction references, delivery/replay status, limited request/security information and support correspondence needed for those functions. Wallet information can be processed during authorization; the application ledger stores the payment records and derived payer/replay-proof hashes used by its delivery controls. A hash may remain linkable and is not automatically anonymous. The raw private replay proof is not retained by the application ledger or sent by the application to the facilitator. Human-verification tokens are used for server verification, not as customer accounts or persistent application sessions.

No project-data upload, general training use, marketing permission or subscription is created by these access paths. Public-chain records and independently controlled provider records cannot be promised deletion by Sunnyday. Keep confidential information out of payment metadata.

The 30-day support period is not a blanket data-deletion deadline. Retain only records needed for delivery, security, accounting, tax, disputes and legal obligations under a documented purpose-specific schedule. Existing privacy-request and recovery-copy policy provisions continue to apply; no new automatic purge or universal retention period is claimed. Contact privacy@sunn3d.com for privacy requests.

Relationship to existing policies

For this map purchase only, this schedule supplies the separate automated-order method contemplated by CF-SCOPED-2026-09-21.1. The retained Terms, Datapack License, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Privacy Notice and Data Handling Statement continue to apply to the extent consistent with this schedule and its precise scope. Mandatory legal rights prevail. No general checkout, other Datapacks offer, subscriber API, custom generation or laboratory service is activated. Historical agreements retain their original versions. A later policy change does not alter this purchase.

The final accepted version and its digest must be bound to the actual quote and durable order record before sales begin.
