Patent Screening
CEMFORGE screens your generated formulation against a database of published patents using weighted similarity analysis — flagging compositions that may overlap with existing intellectual property before you invest in physical validation. This is a compositional similarity flag, not a legal freedom-to-operate analysis. Consult qualified IP counsel before commercializing any formulation.
Full Database Access
The Free tier generates predictions from models trained on a curated subset of the additive construction formulation database. Pro and Enterprise (EDU) subscribers can access broader validated training data, including OPC, LC3, UHPC, and fiber-reinforced systems where sufficient high-quality experimental data exists.
More training data means more accurate predictions, particularly for specialty formulations and edge-case compositions. The CEMFORGE database grows continuously through research collaboration — every validated formulation contributed by the research community improves prediction accuracy for paid-tier subscribers.
Advanced Tuning Parameters
Pro and Enterprise (EDU) subscribers get direct control over paste excess ratio, mortar-aggregate adjustment (MAA), and sand volume reduction — the levers that govern printability, open time, and build stability in field conditions. These go beyond standard mix proportion inputs and are calibrated specifically for additive construction process windows.
What CEMFORGE Is — and Is Not
CEMFORGE is a formulation decision-support tool built specifically for 3D concrete printing formulation. Being clear about its scope builds trust and protects you from misapplication.
Not a Licensed Engineering Service
Outputs are not stamped or certified mix designs. All formulations require independent professional verification before use in construction.
Not a Patent Clearance Tool
Patent screening flags compositional similarity — not a freedom-to-operate analysis. Consult qualified IP counsel before commercializing any formulation.
Not a Simulation Engine
Predictions use ML models trained on experimental 3DCP data — not finite element analysis, computational fluid dynamics, or chemical reaction modeling.
Not a Replacement for Physical Testing
Every formulation should be validated through physical testing appropriate to your application before production use.
Founding User Program
The founding cohort runs through 2026. Early subscribers lock in current pricing as the platform grows, get founding-pricing protection on future tier changes, and directly shape the feature roadmap — your use cases inform what gets built next. Predicted properties expand as the validated 3DCP database grows; paid-tier subscribers benefit first.
Durability metrics (chloride resistance, drying shrinkage) are a development priority. No models exist yet — we will not ship them until the data supports it.
* Enterprise (EDU) provides Enterprise-level access for workgroups at an academic discount for qualifying institutions. Contact us to discuss eligibility and custom-contract commercial arrangements (private training data, dedicated support, volume terms by agreement).
† Private training data ingestion is priced separately based on dataset size and condition.
+ All formulations are for 3D-printed cementitious applications only. CEMFORGE is trained exclusively on 3D-printed specimen data. See Our Technology for full model details.
