Have mix-design or material-test data to share?

Suppliers, labs, researchers, and 3DCP printers with formulation or specimen-test records can publish them through the Open3DCP.org open-data schema. The schema gives a ready-made, broadly-covered structure for the full set of data points that govern cement performance — mix proportions, materials provenance, fresh and hardened properties, print parameters, and curing conditions — so contributed records become directly usable for predictive mix design. More data in the schema means more predictable mix performance for everyone using LOGiMIX downstream.

A schema is only as useful as it is used. If you’ve looked at Open3DCP and have suggestions for a simplified subset that would lower the barrier to contribute — or fields you’d like to see added — tell us in your registration notes or email agents@sunn3d.com. We’d rather meet contributors where they are than ship a schema that nobody fills in.

The materials listed in the registration form above represent materials used for 3D Printed formulations in open-source data repositories, data contributed by our partners and proprietary data sets contributed by Sunnyday Technologies . That coverage is why we can confidently connect buyers looking for those materials with verified regional suppliers. If you supply — or have datasets on — a material that isn’t listed, let us know. We can add your data or develop a new mix data set with sufficient customer interest. New contributions directly expand the set of materials LOGiMIX can predict for, and any material that crosses the data threshold becomes part of the matchable inventory.
