A Product of Sunnyday Technologies
Effective Date: March 2, 2026
Version 1.0

Your privacy matters. This Privacy Policy describes how Sunnyday Technologies (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operating under the brand CEMFORGE, collects, uses, and protects information when you use the CEMFORGE website (cemforge.ai) and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, subscribe to a plan, or contact us, we may collect:

  • Name and email address
  • Account credentials (passwords are stored in hashed form and are never accessible in plain text)
  • Billing and payment information (processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full credit card numbers)
  • Company name, job title, or professional affiliation, if voluntarily provided
  • Communications you send to us (support requests, feedback, inquiries via our contact form or email)
  • Mailing list subscription information (name and email address)

Information Generated Through Your Use of the Service

When you use the CEMFORGE application, we collect:

  • Formulation inputs, parameters, and results generated through your use of the platform
  • Usage data such as features accessed, formulations generated, and session activity
  • Technical data including browser type, device information, IP address, and access timestamps

Information Collected Automatically

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies:

  • Essential cookies that enable core site functionality (e.g., cookie consent preferences, session management)
  • Statistics cookies that collect anonymous usage information to help us understand how visitors interact with our site
  • WooCommerce SourceBuster cookies that track traffic origin and session data for order attribution

You can manage your cookie preferences through the cookie consent banner displayed on our site. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are necessary for the site to function.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the CEMFORGE Service, including generating concrete formulations based on your inputs
  • To process subscriptions and payments through our e-commerce platform
  • To communicate with you regarding your account, subscription status, or support inquiries
  • To send periodic updates via our mailing list (only if you have subscribed; you may unsubscribe at any time)
  • To analyze aggregate, de-identified usage patterns to improve service performance and user experience (note: customer formulation inputs are NOT used to train our prediction models — see Section 3)
  • To monitor and analyze usage patterns to enhance platform performance and user experience
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or security threats
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. Machine Learning and Formulation Data

Sunnyday does not use customer mix-design inputs, customer-saved formulations, or customer prediction history to train shared machine-learning models. Customer data is processed to deliver the prediction back to that customer and to maintain account state; it is not added to the training corpus that informs other customers’ predictions.

Our prediction models are trained exclusively on:

  • Curated peer-reviewed open-access measured data (publicly cited per the Open-Source Data Citations page).
  • Sunnyday in-house laboratory measurements collected on specimens Sunnyday prints and tests directly.

Synthetic or generated mix designs are not permitted in our training data. Every row used in training carries explicit provenance and license metadata.

Additional commitments regarding your data:

  • We do not sell individual formulation data to third parties.
  • We do not share your specific formulation inputs or results with other users.
  • Proprietary formulation data is treated as confidential and is not shared outside of Sunnyday Technologies.

If you have concerns about how your formulation data is used, please contact us at info@sunn3d.com.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your information:

  • Payment Processing: Subscription payments are processed through WooCommerce and its associated payment gateway. We do not store complete payment card details on our servers. Payment processing is subject to the payment processor’s own privacy policy.
  • Website Hosting: Our website is hosted by GoDaddy. Their privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.
  • Demonstration and Inquiry Hosting: Sunnyday-hosted demonstration content is served via a global content-delivery network. Static demonstration content does not collect personal information. Demonstration, evaluation, and project-report inquiries are handled via email (info@sunn3d.com).
  • Analytics: We use cookies for anonymous site analytics as described in Section 1.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription or request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements).

Aggregated, de-identified data derived from platform usage may be retained indefinitely for research and model improvement purposes.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Hashed password storage
