Current maturity - early-stage, bounded decision support

How the CEMFORGE evidence workflow is designed

CEMFORGE combines data-quality checks, configured calculations, and statistical estimates only where an identified method, model release, and input domain support them. Public evidence does not currently establish production suitability, broad model superiority, independently validated accuracy, or code compliance.

Input, provenance, and rights checks

The workflow is designed to record units, material identity, source, method, age, curing, process context, license, and missing fields. Open3DCP supplies an open schema; it is not itself a measured dataset. Schema compatibility does not establish data quality, permission, or fitness.

Configured calculations and bounded estimates

Where sufficient inputs exist, calculations can check internal closure or compare a gradation with a stated target. A passing check does not establish pumpability, extrudability, buildability, layer bond, safety, or field performance. Confidence values are internal model scores unless a model card expressly documents calibration.

Environmental and validation boundary

Environmental values are withheld unless system boundary, functional unit, factor sources and versions, geography, date, baseline, and uncertainty are identified. A modeled estimate is not an EPD or project LCA. Results should identify sources, versions, assumptions, evidence class, untested properties, and required next checks; they are not print-floor instructions.

Self-serve prediction and paid Datapack routes remain disabled while safety, evidence, privacy, tax, payment, refund, and operational gates are completed. Contact CEMFORGE for a bounded evidence-readiness inquiry.

Important limitation: This is early-stage decision support. It does not establish printability, buildability, pumpability, strength, durability, structural adequacy, safety, code compliance, environmental performance, supplier equivalency, or fitness for a project. Real-world use requires rights-cleared inputs, independent characterization, trial batching, physical testing with the actual materials, equipment, and conditions, and review by appropriately qualified professionals.

Data caution: Do not send confidential, personal, export-controlled, safety-critical, or proprietary material through the public site. Data intake begins only after written handling terms are agreed.
