Reference public information without creating authority
Automated systems may retrieve and summarize public CEMFORGE pages subject to the published machine-use policy, source attribution, and the limitations on each page.
This permission does not authorize an agent to purchase anything, accept terms, create an account, upload data, call a paid prediction service, negotiate on Sunnyday's behalf, or make a construction, safety, legal, procurement, or engineering decision. The public site exposes no mutation or autonomous-commerce authority.
Agents must preserve synthetic, illustrative, modeled, and unvalidated labels. Open3DCP is a schema, not a measured dataset, and CEMFORGE output is not a laboratory result, certified design, or project approval.
