# Fixed publication and research-download terms

Version `SDT-PUBLICATIONS-2026-11-05.1`. Seller: Sunnyday Technologies LLC. Applies to the eight identified edited publication editions and fixed research download only. Existing products, licences and customer support rights remain unchanged. Availability is shown by the corresponding live offer feed.

1. **Purchase unit.** One identified, fixed edited publication edition or research-download ZIP, with its exact contents, word/record count, formats, edition, SHA-256, total price, licence and evidence limits disclosed before authorization. The seven article candidates are edited text-and-table editions; illustrations and third-party models/datasets are not included. The research ZIP contains 24 saved computational observations and 16 dependent contrasts, not 24 physical mixes. It does not contain a model, training corpus, full recipes or everything needed to reproduce the model execution. Corrections/omissions from prior public text are identified. Do not describe an abridged or edited edition as an unchanged original.
2. **Free access.** Abstracts, catalog, terms, essential limitations, version/change information and free samples remain free to everyone. People may read the same full edition free after server-verified human verification, including ordinary assistive reading technology. Automated acquisition uses the separately priced route. No account, tracking cookie or recurring subscription is created. Earlier copies and open-component rights are unaffected.
3. **Price and territory.** Seller totals: five technical articles at 10 USDC each; Wisconsin and Idaho Falls studies at 40 USDC each; saved research ZIP at 49 USDC, on Base. Any required seller-collected tax is included in those totals, following the existing x402 pilot treatment. These are introductory asking prices, not verified market valuations. Sales are limited to eligible purchasers located in the United States under the existing payment rail restrictions. A wallet may separately disclose a network fee before authorization. If required tax or accounting treatment cannot be applied correctly, sales remain unavailable. A wallet or human-verification token is not proof of tax location. No standing grant of automated spending authority is inferred.
4. **Standard permission.** Nonexclusive retention and internal research, evaluation, recordkeeping and retrieval-augmented analysis for the identified purchaser, including its authorized agents/processors and advisers under the same limits. Necessary attributed excerpts and non-substitute derived analyses are permitted. Public substitute hosting, standalone resale, full-content redistribution, general training, fine-tuning, distillation and model extraction are not included in this standard grant. These limitations concern only rights Sunnyday can lawfully grant; no exclusivity over public facts, independently obtained copies, openly licensed components or all machine-generated numerical outputs is asserted. Existing open licences and mandatory rights prevail. Separate training rights are not silently bundled into a retrieval purchase.
5. **Evidence and use.** Predictions are estimates, not measurements, accuracy warranties, validated process instructions or code acceptance. Historic observations and company commentary are identified as such. Numerical precision, a comparison band or a simulated fraction is not an individual success probability. Project-specific physical testing, qualified review and applicable authority requirements remain necessary where required. No new testing, supplier qualification, custom formulation, engineering/legal opinion, ongoing monitoring, current delivered quote, cost saving or carbon benefit is purchased.
6. **One settlement; wallet-authenticated recovery.** A confirmed payment buys the exact edition, not each HTTP visit. Initial acquisition uses standard x402 exact-EVM payment; recovery uses the official Sign-In-With-X (SIWx) capability and proof of control of the purchasing wallet. Keep wallet signing credentials private; Sunnyday does not request them. The payment signature binds the payer, recipient, amount, token/network, validity and nonce, but does not cryptographically sign the SKU, edition or terms metadata. The server validates its authenticated quote and binds the first accepted authorization to one resource, host, edition, rights/terms and price in a shared ledger. Same-price products do not share access merely because their amounts match. Same-wallet repeat purchase attempts and uncertain settlement are held rather than automatically charged again. A public address, transaction, payment signature or purchase reference alone is not a recovery credential. Recovery clients must support SIWx; payment-only clients may need an upgrade or support. Loss of wallet control is not automatically recoverable. No Sunnyday account or persistent cookie is required.
7. **Bounded support.** Thirty days from purchase for recovery of the purchased edition and investigating missing, unreadable, duplicated or version-mismatched delivery, matching the scale of the current fixed-download pilot. Material corrections to the purchased scope issued during that support window should be available without a second purchase; new expanded work may be separately priced with a free change summary. A material error/withdrawal still requires an appropriate remedy under the actual facts and mandatory rights. Retained permitted copies do not expire at day 30; indefinite hosting, fresh data and future editions are not promised. 8. **Problems/remedies.** Use the published brand support address and purchase reference, without secrets or raw recovery proof. Correct edition-matched delivery, refund or another applicable remedy follows this policy, the existing Cancellation and Refund Policy, and applicable law. Refunds are handled by the responsible operator; no automatic refund transaction is offered. No blanket waiver, invented liability cap or assertion that a disclaimer cures a false claim is added.
9. **Data and privacy.** No project-data upload or permission to train on a buyer's private data is created. Clients keep their receipts and wallet access. The ledger uses a chain-scoped wallet hash to associate purchases across visits; hashes may remain linkable and are not automatically anonymous. Limited quote, settlement, entitlement, delivery and support evidence is needed; public-chain records cannot be promised deletion. Anonymous human visits are not individually recognized; paid wallet recovery deliberately associates a wallet with its recorded purchase. Anonymous readers cannot all be individually notified; publish version/correction status instead.
10. **No duplicate bundle charging.** The research download includes its own computational research note. Do not sell that same included note a second time within the bundle. The separately named Idaho Falls farmstead article has a different scope; menu entries must explain the overlap before a buyer chooses. Any optional upgrade-credit policy must be explicit and supported technically before it is promised.

No new physical testing program, custom engineering service or paid professional review is included.
